Your place includes the full seasonal ceremony—rituals of nourishing return through Qigong-inspired movement, Heart Breath, sound and vibration, time to paint and create, and a seasonal table for gathering and nourishment.
All materials are provided, along with a crystal chosen for you to carry home.
