Hi, I’m Jess Garet
Heart Doula · Somatic Psychotherapist · Breathwork Facilitator
I’m here to listen with you. To the whispers beneath your words, to the tremble of truth in your chest, to the breath that rises like a prayer from your body.
For over two decades, I’ve walked beside those remembering how to feel, how to soften, how to come home to the body they thought they had to leave behind.
My work is woven from threads of psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, Breathwork, Body Dreaming, and the deep listening of energy healing. But more than any method — my compass is presence.
What I Offer
I don’t offer fixes. I offer a field.
A space where the body is not a problem but a portal.
Where breath becomes a bridge.
Where your heart is not a mystery to solve, but a language to remember.
My offerings include:
Heart Breath
A sacred breath-led meditation practice that invites you to listen, soften, and awaken from within.
Private Sessions
Somatic support for those navigating grief, transition, anxiety, or the longing to return to themselves.
Group Sessions
Shared spaces of collective breath, presence, and becoming — where we witness and are witnessed.
Organizational Support
Somatic experiences for teams and leaders to restore coherence, creativity, and emotional attunement.
Why I Do This Work
There was a time I left my body without knowing I had left.
A time when words were both armor and exile.
But the body — patient and pulsing — called me back. Through sensation. Through breath. Through unbearable beauty.
That call became my devotion.
Today, I walk with others who are finding their way back — not to the life they had, but to the life that was always waiting when they said yes to their truth.
I call this heart work. I call this soul remembering.
It is sacred. It is cellular. And it is possible.
Let’s Begin
If your heart is stirring and your breath feels ready to lead, I’m here.
Come home to your body. Come home to your knowing. Come home to you.

“I have come to the conclusion that human beings are born with an innate capacity to triumph over trauma. I believe not only that trauma is curable, but that the healing process can be a catalyst for profound awakening—a portal opening to emotional and genuine spiritual transformation.”
