Hi, I'm Jess.
There is very little I ask of another person that I haven't first asked of myself.
The way I listen, the way I love, the way I sit beside another human being has been shaped by my own life—by heartbreak and wonder, grief and joy, by moments that opened me and moments that brought me to my knees.
Again and again, life has brought me back to one simple question:
Can I keep my heart open?
Not because it is easy.
Because the heart is where healing begins.
Everything I offer grows from that devotion.
My Approach
I often describe myself as a Heart Doula because I believe the heart unfolds much like birth—in relationship, at its own pace, and in its own wisdom.

The Heart Behind the Work
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and somatic psychotherapist.

For more than two decades, I've sat beside people through trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and profound transformation.
Over the years, I've come to realize that healing asks something more of us than understanding alone.
It asks us to listen.
To trust the intelligence of the body.
The wisdom of the soul.
The intelligence of the heart.
And above all...
The extraordinary power of being deeply listened.
An Invitation
Everything I offer—private sessions, Heart Breath™, my podcast, writing, and community—is an expression of one simple devotion:
Helping people remember the wisdom that has always lived within them.
To soften.
To listen.
To trust what the heart has known all along.
If something in these words feels familiar...
I'd be honored to walk beside you.
Not because I have your answers.
But because I trust that, beneath the noise, your own heart already knows the way.
