Heart Doula · Somatic Psychotherapist · Breath and Soul Guide
Hi, I’m Jess
I know what it is to leave my body.
Many of us do — because sometimes it feels like the only way to survive when life aches too much.
But it didn’t begin that way.
Before the pain, before the separation, we were love embodied — radiant, whole, and held.
When the weight of separation grows too heavy, something calls us back.
That call is the work I honor:
the return to the body
the return to the heart
the return to love — to our first home
I am here to listen with you —
to the whispers beneath your words,
the tremble of truth in your chest,
the breath rising like a prayer from your body.
For over two decades as a psychotherapist, I’ve walked beside those learning to feel again — to soften, to trust, to return home to the body they once thought they had to leave behind.
My training in Somatic Experiencing® and Body Dreaming — woven with my lived experience of loss, awakening, and return — has opened gateways into the deepest realms of the heart.
I call myself a Heart Doula because I have been birthed and broken open by the heart.
Presence is my compass.
I offer guidance, attunement, and space to listen — helping you hear your own soul’s voice and awaken the wisdom already within.

Offerings
Heart Breath – Breathwork to soften, listen, awaken.
Private Sessions – Somatic and spiritual guidance for body and soul.
Group Experiences– Collective space where body, spirit, and creative currents merge.
Organizational Support – Teams guided back to heart-led work.
Why I Do This Work
There was a time I didn’t realize I had left my body.
Words became my armor. They also became my exile.
Then breath and the body — patient, pulsing, insistent called me home.
Through sensation.
Through unbearable beauty.
That call became my devotion.
Now, I walk with others who are finding their way back not to the life they thought they lost,
but to the life that has always been waiting
when they say yes to truth.
This is heart work.
This is soul remembering.
It is sacred.
It is possible.
Come home to your body. Come home to your truth. Come home to you.

“I have come to the conclusion that human beings are born with an innate capacity to triumph over trauma. I believe not only that trauma is curable, but that the healing process can be a catalyst for profound awakening—a portal opening to emotional and genuine spiritual transformation.”
