Why Heart Breath?

Heart Breath is a somatic meditation practice
that invites you to listen inward—
through your body
and the breath that is already breathing you.



This is not breathwork.
It is remembering the heart through the breath.




As you attune to it,
what is held begins to soften,
and the body opens
as a living field of listening.



In group settings, this becomes amplified.

We enter a shared rhythm—
where one person’s breath
becomes another’s remembering.
